The best way is to use vacuum cleaner in reverse mode (karcher) or electric pump. Time for filling by air shoulb be about 10 minutes.

HOW TO DRAIN SAIL?

Easily just open the valce and the air will go out. Or you can use the vacuum cleaner - it will be faster.
